1 اثر آرایش کاشت و تاریخ کاشت بر خصوصیات زراعی سویا
ویژگی اثر : مجله علوم کشاورزی ایران, ، سال 28 ، شماره 2، صفحات 72-65 .چکیده مطلب :به منظور بررسی اثرات آرایش کاشت روی رشد و عملکرد دورقم سویا، آزمایشی در دو سال و در مزرعه تحقیقاتی موسسه اصلاح و تهیه نهال و بذر کرج در قالب طرح کرتهای خرد شده نواری انجام گردید. تیمارهای اعمال شده شامل: -1 آرایش کاشت (60x20x,50x13,35x25 سانتیمتر بترتیب برای درون و بین دردیفهای کاشت) و -2 تاریخ کاشت (25 اردیبهشت و 10 خرداد) بود که روی دورقم ویلیامز (گروه III) و هارکور (گروه II) مورد ارزیابی قار گرفت . نتایج نشان داد که در هر دو رقم با کاهش فواصل خطوط کاشت ارتفاع گیاه کاهش ولی تعداد شاخههای فرعی و وزن خشک گیاه افزایش یافت . با نزدیک شدن به آرایش کاشت مربعی تعداد کل غلاف ، وزن غلاف و وزن خشک گیاه افزایش یافت که این امر باعث افزایش معنی دار عملکرد در این آرایشها شده است . وزن غلاف و دانه در هر بوته تحت تاثیر تارخ کاشت قار نگرفته و بین دو رقم نیز ویلیامز با میانگین 3762/7 کیلوگرم در هکتار عملکرد دانه بیشتری نسبت به هارکور با میانگین 3232/6 کیلوگرم در هکتار تولید نمود. آزمایشهای کیفیت بذر نیز نشان داد که درصد روغن پروتئین دانه تحت تاثیر آرایش و تاریخ کاشت قرار نگرفت .

ذرت

مشخصات گیاه شناسی ذرت گیاه تک لپه‌ای ساقه بلندی است. برگهای آن بطور متناوب و به صورت افتاده در دو طرف ساقه قرار گرفته‌اند. زاویه بین برگ و ساقه ، 90 درجه می‌باشد. در اوایل رشد گیاه ، بعضی از یاخته‌های موجود در بخش بالایی ساقه اصلی ذرت از شاخه‌های فرعی متمایز می‌شود. در انتهای این شاخه‌ها ، عضوی به نام بلال بوجود می‌آید که در واقع ، گل ماده گیاه ذرت است. این شاخه‌ها ، میان گره‌های بسیار کوتاهی دارند که از این گره‌ها ، برگهای تغییر شکل یافته‌ای بوجود می‌آید که هم دیگر و بلال را می‌پوشانند. بیرونی‌ترین این برگها ، برگی است کامل که غلاف ، زبانک ، گوشواره و پهنک دارد. اما برگهای زیرین غیر کاملند. موقعی که ارتفاع ساقه ذرت به 80 تا 120 سانتیمتر رسید، کلاله‌های ابریشم مانند یا کاکل ذرت به تعداد دانه‌های ذرت موجود در بلال ، نمایان می‌شوند. تولید کننده‌های ذرت کشورهای عمده تولید کننده ذرت عبارتند از: ایالات متحده آمریکا ، یوگسلاوی و رومانی ، روسیه ، ایتالیا ، چین، آرژانتین، برزیل و آفریقای جنوبی. در ایران ذرت معمولا در گرگان و گنبد ، خوزستان ، کرمانشاه ، خراسان ، گیلان و مازندران تولید می‌گردد. تاریخچه بررسیهای باستان شناسی و فسیل شناسی گیاهی نشان می‌دهد که ذرت پیوسته به صورت یک گیاه زراعی عمده تقریبا از 5000 سال پیش در مکزیک و گواتمالا کشت می‌شده است و بومی این نواحی است. کریستف کلمب ، یک سال پس از ورود به قاره آمریکا ، بذر ذرت را با خود به اسپانیا برد. این گیاه از آنجا به پرتقال و سپس به دیگر کشورهای اروپایی برده شد. از آنجا هم این گیاه به قاره آفریقا و تعدادی از کشورهای آسیایی از جمله هند و ژاپن راه یافت. انواع ذرت ذرت نژادهای متعددی دارد که این گروهها بر اساس ویژگیهای بافت آندوسپرم دانه طبقه بندی می‌شوند. ذرت بو داده نوعی ذرت است که احتمالا بر اثر موتاسیون بوجود آمده است. پریکارپ آن نازک است که این صفت برای تولید ذرت شیرین با پوست لطیف مناسب است. در این نوع ذرت ، لایه ضخیمی از آندوسپرم سخت ، آندوسپرم نشاسته‌ای را دربرگرفته است. دانه‌های نشاسته آندوسپرم این نوع ذرت نسبت به انواع دیگر ، رطوبت بیشتری دارند که در موقع حرارت دادن، منبسط شده و تبدیل به بخار می‌شوند. بخار آب حاصل شده درون دانه نمی‌تواند به راحتی از لایه بیرونی سخت آندوسپرم خارج شود. به ناچار فشار زیادی به این لایه وارد می‌آورد و دانه را منفجر نموده و دانه پف می‌کند. این ذرت معمولا برای تهیه پاپ کورن یا ذرت بو داده مورد استفاده قرار می‌گیرد. بهترین میزان رطوبت دانه برای حداکثر پف کردن، 14 درصد می‌باشد. ذرت سخت تمام آندوسپرم این نوع ذرت که در مرکز دانه می‌باشد، با لایه سختی از آندوسپرم پوشیده شده است. دانه‌های رسیده این نوع ذرت ، گرد ، صاف و کهربایی هستند. دوره رشد آنها هم 80 تا 100 روز است. بلالهای بدست آمده باریک بوده و تقریبا 8 ردیف دانه دارد. ذرت دندان اسبی این نوع ذرت دارای مخلوطی از نشاسته نرم و سخت می‌باشد. آن قسمت آندوسپرم که دارای نشاسته سخت است، پروتئین بیشتری دارد. این نوع ذرت معمولا در نواحی ذرت خیز ایالات متحده آمریکا به عمل می‌آید. بلال ذرت دندان اسبی نسبتا بزرگ بوده و 16 تا 30 ردیف دانه دارد. از خصوصیات ظاهری دانه آن، می‌توان به وجود نقطه‌ای فرو رفته در طرف تاج دانه اشاره نمود که به دلیل خشک شدن آندوسپرم نشاسته‌ای بوجود می‌آید. ذرت نرم یا آردی بخش عمده آندوسپرم این نوع ذرت ، نشاسته است. تنها لایه نازکی از آندوسپرم سخت این نشاسته را دربرمی‌گیرد. دانه‌های آن بر خلاف نوع دندان اسبی فرو رفتگی ندارد. این ذرت تنها به دلیل این که به رنگهای مختلف یافت می‌شود، برای تزئین غذاها از آن استفاده می‌شود. همچنین چون آندوسپرم آن نرم است، می‌توان به همان شکل و بدون خرد و له کردن آن ، در تغذیه دام بکار برده شود. ذرت شیرین آندوسپرم این نوع ذرت شیرین ، قندی و براق بوده و برخلاف آندوسپرم ذرتهای دیگر ، حالت نشاسته‌ای ندارد. پریکارپ آن نازک بوده که در زمان رسیدن دانه ، مواد قندی آن به نشاسته و سپس به دکسترین تبدیل می‌شود. ذرت شیرین انواع مختلفی دارد که به صورت تازه ، کنسرو شده و منجمد مورد مصرف قرار می‌گیرد. ذرت مومی آندوسپرم ذرت مومی ظاهرا به شکل موم می‌باشد. برخلاف ذرتهای دیگر که نشاسته آندوسپرم آنها 71 تا 72 درصد آمیلوپکتین و 28 تا 29 درصد آمیلوز دارد، آندوسپرم ذرت مومی تماما از آمیلوپکتین تشکیل شده که حالت چسبنده‌ای دارد و نرم هم هست. ذرت مومی جدا از مصرف خوراکی ، در صنایع چسب‌سازی هم استفاده می‌شود. شرایط لازم برای رشد گیاه دما ذرت با وجود آن که یک گیاه گرمسیری است، نمی‌تواند آب و هوای بسیار گرم را تحمل کند. مناسب‌ترین محیط برای کشت آن ، ناحیه‌ای است که دمای آن دست کم به مدت 3 تا 4 ماه متوالی ، 21 تا 32 درجه سانتیگراد باشد. در صورتی که دمای اواسط تابستان ناحیه کشت ذرت ، کمتر از 18 درجه سانتیگراد باشد یا میانگین دمای تابستان کمتر از 13 درجه باشد، میزان رشد گیاه کاهش یافته و در صورت طولانی شدن کاهش دما ، کشت ذرت غیر ممکن خواهد بود. آب معمولا در مراحل گسترش برگها ، گرده افشانی و تشکیل دانه که اغلب در ماههای گرم تابستان صورت می‌پذیرد، گیاه ذرت به آب زیادی نیاز دارد. تعداد دفعات آبیاری تحت تأثیر خاک ، آب و هوا و... قرار دارد که بین 2 تا 15 بار متغیر است. زراعت ذرت در مناطقی که بارندگی سالیانه 250 تا 2500 میلیمتر دارند به صورت دیم هم امکان‌پذیر می‌باشد. خاک میزان عملکرد ذرت در خاکهای عمیق ، حاصلخیز و زهکشی شده با بافت متوسط بیشتر است. ذرت نسبت به کمبود اکسیژن که ناشی از رطوبت یا وجود لایه‌های فشرده زیرزمینی می‌باشد، بسیار حساس است. همچنین ذرت قادر است در خاکهایی با PH حدود 5.5 تا 8 هم رشد نماید. البته PH مناسب برای آن 6 می‌باشد. PH کمتر از 6 معمولا میزان جذب کلسیم را در گیاه کاهش می‌دهد. زمان کاشت ذرت بهترین زمان برای کاشت ذرت ، زمانی است که دمای خاک در عمق 7 تا 8 سانتیمتری به مدت 3 تا 4 روز متوالی در فصل بهار ، تقریبا 13 درجه سانتیگراد باشد. اگر کشاورز قادر نیست که دمای خاک را اندازه‌گیری نماید، می‌تواند از میانگین دمای هوا در ساعت 7 صبح و 12 ظهر استفاده کند. کود کود شیمیایی ، بویژه کودهایی که دارای نیتروژن ، فسفر، پتاسیم، کلسیم، منیزیم و گوگرد و همچنین ، منگنز، آهن، روی و مولیبدن باشند برای بالا بردن سطح تولید ذرت بسیار ضروری هستند. مناسب‌ترین زمان برای استفاده از کود ، در بهار و قبل از بذرکاری یا هم زمان با آن است. بهترین روش برای ریختن کود ، به فاصله 5 سانتی از بذر و به عمق 3 تا 5 سانتی متری از بذر می‌باشد. آفات و بیماریهای ذرت از بیماریهای مهم گیاه ذرت ، سیاهک ذرت و سیاهک خوشه ذرت می‌باشد. عامل این دو بیماری به ترتیب ، U.maydis و Sphacelotheca reiliana می‌باشند. بیماری سیاهک معمولی ، برگها و ساقه‌ها را آلوده نموده و سیاهک بلال ذرت ، گل ماده یا بلال را آلوده نموده و توده‌ای از اسپورهای قارچ را جانشین بافتهای سالم گیاه می‌کند. بیماریهای عمده برگ ذرت عبارتند از: زنگ برگ و پژمردگی باکتریایی ، پوسیدگی دانه ، خوشه ، ریشه و ساقه هم از بیماریهای قارچی هستند که بندرت دیده می‌شوند. ضدعفونی نمودن بذر ذرت با تیزام ، ارتوساید و ارازان در کنترل این بیماریها مفیدند. برداشت محصول برای برداشت محصول ، رطوبت دانه باید بین 20 تا 25 درصد باشد. اگر قرار باشد که محصول برداشت شده را مورد مصرف دام قرار دهند، ذرت را می‌توان با رطوبت 25 تا 28 درصد هم برداشت کرد. امروزه برداشت بلال را با دستگاههای بلال چین و همچنین جدا نمودن دانه‌های ذرت را از بلال ، با دستگاه دانه کن انجام می‌دهند. دستگاه بلال چین ، بلالها را از بوته می‌چیند و غلافهای آن را جدا می‌کند. دستگاه دانه کن هم دانه‌های ذرت را از بلال جدا می‌نماید. برای انبار کردن دانه‌های بلال ، باید رطوبت آنها را به 17 درصد رساند. دمای انبار نباید بیش از 10 درجه سانتیگراد باشد. البته دانه‌های با رطوبت بیش از 17 درصد را می‌توان در دماهای بالاتر هم نگهداری نمود. موارد استفاده از ذرت دانه ذرت به رنگ سفید ، زرد یا مخلوطی از این دو یافت می‌شود. خوراکهایی که با ذرت سفید تهیه می‌شوند، معمولا مرغوب‌ترند. دانه ذرت دارای سه بخش آندوسپرم ، گیاهک و پریکارپ است. پروتئین موجود در دانه به عوامل مختلفی از جمله محیط ، نوع گیاه و شرایط کشت و زراعت بستگی دارد و بین 8 تا 15 درصد متغیر است. پروتئین عمده ذرت زئین می‌باشد نقش مهمی در تغذیه انسان ایفا می کنند. میزان روغن دانه ذرت ، 4 درصد بوده که بیشتر در گیاهک قرار دارد. از گیاه ذرت استفاده‌های مختلفی می‌کنند. از آسیاب نمودن دانه ذرت ، آرد ذرت تهیه می کنند که خود در تهیه غذاهای مختلف بکار می‌رود. از ساقه و برگهای ذرت در صنایع کاغذ و مقوا سازی و همچنین تولید کاغذ دیواری استفاده می‌کنند. از آرد ذرت در تولید چسب ، صابون و از نشاسته آن در صنایع رنگرزی ، داروسازی ، مرکب سازی و پلاستیک سازی استفاده می‌نمایند.
